On Effective Communication 

In this modern era of science and technology, effective communication is very important. Everywhere we need to use correct diction at a proper time, but most people don't know how to use the words or how to make their speech effective. Here you need to learn four skills which are as follows:


a  Listening 

b. Reading 

d. Writing 

d. Speaking

Listening

Listening to a good speaker again and over again develops your communication. It is one of the most important tools of learning. How he speaks the words. How he uses different words. How he uses his voice and intonation. All this will help to boost up your learning of the language.

Reading 

Reading a good essay or an article, a book, a magazine will also help you to increase your knowledge of a particular topic and vocabulary. Different verbal phrases and idiomatic expressions will help you a lot to learn the language day by day. Learn by heart the short sentences that you like most.

Writing 

Writing is another best skill that helps you to make your communication effective and powerful. With the passage of time, you keep on learning. What you learn and what your mind has stored the vocabulary reflect from your creative writing and it also boosts up your reading and comprehension skill 

Speaking. 

Speaking is your final check and a very important skill. And this would not be achieved without learning the first three skills. Speaking on a specific topic needs vocabulary and grammatical concepts. Though your spoken sentences may not be long enough, these must be sensible, rational and logical that the listener should pay much attention to. Try to learn and speak frequently.

Daily practice and consistency result in the improvement of skills. When one is ready to achieve something extraordinary, he doesn't sit or get himself busy with some other task, he keeps his efforts continuously and reviews his achievements on daily basis. Finally, he achieves what he wants to. Thus hard work and perseverance is a key to success.
