Is Solitude where you meet yourself?

Asslam o Alaikum,  My honourable Sir,  As scholars advise, " Solitude is where you meet yourself"  But whenever I sit to reflect on my own presence, rather than meeting myself, I feel I lose myself. Everything around me including myself becomes question mark and 'I' itself feels strange. I feel void.  Sir, what's that...? Am I missing something in what scholars meant or is this beyond my understanding?  I believe your understanding more than my confusion 😊 Reply to the question: Wa Alaikum Assalam What you’re describing actually makes a lot of mixed sense—and it’s more common (and more meaningful) than it feels in the moment. When scholars say “Solitude is where you meet yourself,” they’re not talking about an immediate, peaceful, clear “meeting.” That line is often quoted in the spirit of thinkers like Rumi or Al-Ghazali—but the first stage of solitude is usually not clarity. it shows confusion. Time Management -What is the significance of time in life?- Question of the Day

To lead life is a very strange and interesting experience whether one likes it or not one has to do it by all means. However, the life cycle goes on and on if we take life for granted. Time never stops for us. It is we who have to move with the pace of time otherwise we are lost somewhere. There are a few techniques to make the best use of time which are as follows:

1. Very Important Assignments

2. Important Assignments

3. Very Urgent Assignments

4. Urgent Assignments

If we look at the relationships of these four techniques, we shall have different combinations, such as assignment which is very important and very urgent, some of them are important and very urgent, and so on. In other words, what we have to do is to care much about the assignments which are very important and very urgent in our lives while the rest of them can be delegated to someone else who can perform such assignments in all circumstances.

There are some other instances to understand this web: A person who has to take his flight to New York City for his business meeting. There are two options whether he is to relegate someone to attend the meeting or he has to attend himself. It all depends upon the nature of the assignment. Now, to take his flight and to reach the airport is considered to be very important and very urgent in his life. So the best utility of his time is to pay attention to this combination.

Similarly, a student who is going to appear in the exam has to follow this combination of 1 & 2. (above mentioned)

Thus you can set different priorities in your life to achieve such goals in your life. It will teach you the best techniques that how to use time in the best way.

You're welcome to put your question regarding your management of time, or any other recommendation to make the best use of time.

When one gets used to working hard, he does not disappoint in any of his efforts. He keeps on and on and one day he has learnt what others are just trying to quit. He comes to know the secret of success and makes the best use of his common sense, which is likely uncommon in the common people of the world, and if they use their common sense they would become the richest person in the world. Thus nothing is impossible and vague if one is determined to get through his difficulties.
