How do I actually be happy with life? -Question of the Day

How do I actually be happy with life?

Happiness is not any physical identity that can be measured or weighed with some unit of measurement. It is a state of mind in which one feels his excitement towards some even or an idea. Everyone has his own level of excitement and pleasure, such as a student being pleased with his performance and achievement while others being disappointed at his performance cannot be judged at the same level.  A player's participation is itself a pleasure, however, he may be disappointed at his achievement. Similarly, everyone views his success level according to his set goal.

Now the question is how one can know that one is happy with one's life. There are two ways to evaluate his happiness:
a. What he has &
b. What he is

Everyone has to perform some duties and obligations to perform in his everyday life, either he likes it or he dislikes it, either he performs well or he doesn't do it in an appropriate manner. It all depends upon his satisfaction level. There are some people whose satisfaction level is very high and always remain unhappy and stressed. They are not happy with what they have and what they are. They have always a negative attitude to everything they have.  Their negativity not only keeps them away from happiness but also causes for unhappiness for others in their circle.

Thus. be happy with what you are and what you have; be sincere to both; then you won't for happiness in your life. Only your services ensure your happiness provided that your services are fruitful for others. Try to your services in such a manner that others would like to see you, they would like to talk to you, they would like to enjoy your company most. Whether you can do your best or not, try to speak your optimistic attitude, not your pessimism. Live together and be together with your reasonable expectations, then you are happy with your life.
