Is Solitude where you meet yourself?

Asslam o Alaikum,  My honourable Sir,  As scholars advise, " Solitude is where you meet yourself"  But whenever I sit to reflect on my own presence, rather than meeting myself, I feel I lose myself. Everything around me including myself becomes question mark and 'I' itself feels strange. I feel void.  Sir, what's that...? How to improve your self-confidence in life?

Improving self-confidence overnight is impossible. Being willing to improve your leads you to achieve a confidence level.  It is a journey that requires consistent effort and a willingness to challenge yourself. An untiring effort. Here are some tips that may help:

Identify your strengths and weaknesses: Understanding your abilities and areas where you need improvement can help you focus on building your confidence. You will get pleasure and relaxation. Feel and apply your strength confidently. 

Set achievable goals: 

Setting small, achievable goals and accomplishing them can help boost your self-confidence. Celebrate your victories, no matter how small they may seem.

Practice self-care: 

Take care of your physical and mental health. This can include exercising, eating a balanced diet, getting enough sleep, and engaging in activities that bring you joy.

Use positive self-talk:

Replace negative thoughts with positive affirmations. Think and talk positively. Practice saying kind things to yourself, such as "I am capable" or "I am worthy."

Face your fears: 

Pushing yourself out of your comfort zone can help build confidence. Try something new, even if it's scary. Don't feel shy to do adventures. Practical involvement will help you to develop your confidence.
